Steve has been a key member of Documoto’s executive and leadership team since 2013, initially taking on the role of VP Professional Services. As Documoto has grown, he has also served as the head of the Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Product teams. Prior to joining Documoto, Steve worked for more than two decades in leadership positions in software engineering, IT, consulting, technical sales, marketing and software services. His past work includes a variety of roles at Citrix Systems, Keane, Kaleo Software and Oxford Global, among others.
Director of Software Engineering
Dan Wyks is a Director of Software Engineering at Documoto where he is responsible for leading and organizing a team of development engineers building authoring solutions and products. With over 17 years of experience, Dan has a solid background in software development and delivering complex information systems on-time and within budget. Prior to joining Documoto, he was a Senior Engineer/Scrum Master at Time Warner Cable. Dan also worked as a Technical Project Manager at SRA International and has experience in consulting and as a database engineer. Dan is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
Senior Manager, Operations
Becky has been a key member of Documoto’s operation team since 2015, initially taking the role of Operations Coordinator. Becky has taken a leadership role in the continued improvement and management of the operational functions at Documoto. As Documoto has grown, Becky continues to expand her role in Operations. Becky creates solutions for clients, employees and the company as a whole. She is known for her strong administrative and operational skills including Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Team Training and Management and Process Improvement and Design.
Senior Manager, Operations
Christa leads the Professional Services team at Documoto. Previously, Christa worked in the retail ATM industry, where she implemented several software solutions as well as the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system at Bell ATM. After implementing Documoto at Bell ATM as a customer, Documoto saw her passion for software implementation she was recruited by Documoto in 2014. She has nearly a decade of experience in varying services and management roles. Christa is naturally a person that strives to do whatever it takes to ensure that our customers are successful, and is continuing to build a Professional Services team that embodies the same mentality.
