WHAT IS A QR CODE?

QR codes are types of barcodes that store information as a series of pixels within a square grid. Traditionally, the stored information directs you to a product, website, video, or social media account that a company or organization is trying to promote. Using a smartphone, this click-and-point technique makes it easy for people to connect to regardless of your location. Unlike standard barcodes that can only be read from top to bottom, QR Codes can be read in two directions — top to bottom and right to left.

WHAT ARE SOME COMMON USE CASES FOR QR CODES?

Available across all of your Documoto organizations, QR Codes are an excellent option for Techs in the field or in a shop that works on various types of machines. They’re also helpful for your Aftermarket Sales and Support staff to promote or quickly identify equipment. QR codes are instrumental in the following scenarios:
